Eastern/Chadrow Associates, Inc. was founded in 1967 by Edmund A. Chadrow, Jr., P.L.S. We are currently located in Warminster, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. For over 50 years Eastern/Chadrow Associates, Inc. has continued to meet their clients needs by providing exceptional planning, land surveying and civil engineering services. At present, our portfolio spans planning, land surveying, civil & environmental engineering and construction management.

Eastern/Chadrow Associates, Inc. clients come from both the public and private sectors. They include municipalities, water and sewer authorities, development companies, contractors, and individual landowners. From project concept to completion, we collaborate closely with our clients to insure their requirements and goals are accomplished. The president of Eastern/Chadrow, Inc. is directly involved with each project to ensure the proper allocation of Company staff and resources, and to guarantee open and direct lines of communication and accountability to you. The following is a brief description of key personnel in the firm.

Edmund Chadrow III is President and a Principal-in-Charge of Eastern/Chadrow Associates, Inc.,and is an integral part of all design projects for his firm. His experience includes: topographic mapping, boundary
surveying and analysis, construction and control surveying, preparation of tract and parcel maps, earth work calculation and quantities, targeting and control for photogrammetry, and landtitle surveys in accordance with the American Land Title Association and the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping.

His review and ultimate signature and seal on plans assures your project of the finest services available. Mr. Chadrow has over 27 years of land surveying experience including public works, residential, commercial and industrial projects, and is also a member of the Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors.

Lawrence J. Byrne, P.E.
Civil Engineer

Lawrence J. Byrne has 20 years experience in civil engineering consulting industry responsible for the design and project management of site developments and infrastructure improvements for private clients, municipalities and utility authorities.

He has appeared and is recognized as an expert in providing testimony before Municipal Planning Boards, Zoning Hearing Boards and Board of Supervisors on matters related to civil engineering, stormwater management, and development in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has extensive understanding of Pennsylvania and New Jersey municipal land use and project review, permitting and approval processes. Mr. Byrne has four years experience working with a regional residential and commercial developer and understands the design and implementation of projects from the consultants and owners perspective, specifically schedules, value engineering and constructability. 

John Chadrow is the Lead Field Surveyor with over 20 years of land surveying experience. He has been involved in many different types of surveys as a Party Chief and is experienced and knowledgeable in many of the disciplines that makeup the surveying profession. His experience includes large and small scale construction surveys, accident investigations, simple and complex topographical surveys, and property surveys of all sizes.

Vincent C. Chadrow has been a project manager working in the land surveying field for over 15 years. His responsibilities include client consultations and assistance, estimating and budgeting, field crew management and coordination, and management integration of new technologies. He has also developed Subdivision maps, Parcel maps, ALTA surveys, Record of Survey maps, topographical maps, Building Permit Plans, and lot line adjustments.

In addtion, he has developed the company's marketing plan along with implementing web technology to enhance the firm's online presence.
